I was unable to get moving in the morning without that first cup of joe and another around the 10 am lull. Then I'd reach for those monster energy drinks and sugary snacks when the 3 pm slump hit. When I got home at the end of the day I was exhausted, depleted and feeling awful because I "blew" my diet again. So naturally, I comforted myself with my good friends Ben & Jerry. I felt like a hamster running on a wheel in the Ground Hog Day movie. Same story, different day.
I knew I couldn't carry on like that for long. So I did a lot of research, went to IIN to study even more, and found a better way to power my day and my body.
I live a healthy vibrant life. I bound out of bed each day full of energy - no morning joe required. And I s still eat ice cream, only this time….it’s made with nutritious ingredients that fuels my body and makes me crave more. I feel more energetic and youthful than I did in my 20's.
